A: The easiest solution is to reinstate the loan if you wish to keep the house. We can advance the monies to bring the loan current to give you time to complete the sale.

Q: How do we postpone the sale?
A: There are two (2) options:
  1. We will submit a signed sale agreement to your lender including a loan approval letter from our bank and proof that escrow has been opened at Stewart Title;
    OR
  2. We will open an escrow with Stewart Title and we will pay all the money needed to bring your loan current and get it out of foreclosure.

Q: What if repairs are needed?
A: G&S Homes is a licensed and bonded general contractor. We will advance monies to do all the repairs - materials and labor included. No upfront cost to you.

Q: How can I get my highest price?
A: The highest price depends on the condition of the property.

Q: Where will I move?
A: G&S Homes has Rent-to-Own homes (new and/or remodeled). Credit is NOT an issue. (See the next category: Rent-to-Own) We also sell on contract.
