Q: How does it work? A: G&S Homes has new and remodeled homes giving families the exclusive right to buy their home in six months. We credit ALL of the rent payment toward the purchase price. Read each of the following questions for specific details.
Q: How much do I need down? A: As little as $ 2,000 down, which is all applied to the purchase price.
Q: What is my monthly payment?
A: Average $ 995 - $1,095.
Q: Can I lower my monthly payment? A: Yes. A larger down payment equals lower monthly payments. You set the terms.
Q: How do I find a lender? A: G&S Homes works hand-in-hand with John Schones of Nova Home Loans (520-202-5221), but you may use any lender you choose.
Q: How do I actually buy? A: Your initial down payment, plus all the rent for six months are credited to your down payment. Our programs will save up to a minimum of 5% of the purchase price for your down payment. You should get a better interest rate with 5% down.
Q: Can I get references?
A: It would be foolish if you didn't. Call for a detailed list of satisfied customers in your area. Also, call Shawna Ruboyianes, Stewart Title, for a reference (520) 327-7373. She has closed our transactions since 2005.
Q: How am I protected? A: G&S Homes strongly recommends you take our proposal or any proposal to your attorney or real estate advisor to be sure you understand and are comfortable with the transaction.
